At ICS Publications, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label via email.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing with original tags attached back into its original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
